A luxe apartment, brand new and very well equipped to offer you a complete and pleasant stay in Nice. Climatisation in all rooms. A modern and luxe 2-room apartment located in the Carré d'Or, one of the most prestigious areas of Nice. Art Deco building with elevator in front of the very pretty park. The apartment is 65 m² with large volumes in all the rooms. Living room, bedroom with luxury private bathroom, kitchen, dining room, another bathroom. Magnificent circular terrace. The whole 5 minutes walk from the sea, tram stop at the bottom of the building directly from the airport.
Apartment very well located in the most chic district of Nice and on one of the most popular streets in the area. A very well maintained building in Art Deco style with elevator. The apartment offers a superb view of one of the largest parks in Nice. A big supermarket is 100 meters away, access to the beaches down the street in 5 minutes on foot. Tram stop (line 2 - direct from the airport) just in front of the building.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor. A large living room with sevearl sunny bay windows and surrounded by a magnificent terrace. High quality convertible sofa bed for a 190 * 200 bed for two people. A relaxation area with armchairs and a coffee table facing the television. An adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. A master bedroom with a modern dressing, its own balcony and an adjoining luxurious marble bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, as well as WC. A modern kitchen with high-end brand equipment - Bosch, Siemens, etc ... Dishwasher, washing machine, steam oven, microwave oven, hob, large refrigerator. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster. A separate dining room with a view of the park. A circular terrace equipped with a garden table. Numerous cupboards at the entrance and in the living areas.
