Très belle chambre, calme avec seulement 4 locations, vue mer, petit déjeuner impeccable.

This place has an amazing ambient and a beautiful soul! It was like a hub for the coolest people from every country, looking for a peaceful, extremely relaxed vacation in a bit of wilderness, heartfelt conversations with alcohol next to the fire… it’s all in the package, and as a bonus you get one of the best teams - owners and staff members that are right there for you literally every minute.
Thank you all guys- Benjamin, Annick, Cliffton, Melania, Elisabeth and others whose names we did not get to know;) You were all so amazing that even after two weeks it was a pity to leave. We look forward to meeting you all again!
PS. A big thanks to Cliffton for recommending us Malaika, We enjoyed it to the fullest ;-)

It’s a very quiet and enjoyable place and you can book lots of activities from there but overall there is not much going outside the hotels. The public beach doesn’t have any good restaurants or shops so you’re pretty much tied to your resort.

The location is more quiet then other places, they do not have a beach like Kendwa but it you are just looking to relax a couple of days this does not matter. It is like on a little cliff, sooo nice!

Kizimkazi is a village, although in fact there are 2 distinct and separate areas, with 2 beaches. The rest of the area is comprised of large, private self-contained resorts with their own private stairways.
There is not much to explore, but boat owners offer big-game fishing and dolphin-watching.
There are only 2 restaurants, although some of the private resorts offer their restaurants to the public; but at a price.
Hardly any touting which is nice;
3 or 4 days is probably sufficient to see all there is to see.

Place was very clean, food was nice and staff were very friendly, always available to assist
They also organized transport for us to travel around
Pete(Rasta man) was very friendly and he gave me some plants to bring to South Africa, I have them in my garden now
Morning shower was terrible, water was always cold and it seemed like their geyser or boiler was faulty
Remote, quiet place with super friendly staff, good food and enough relax space, sunbeds and hamocks to enjoy this little piece of paradise.
By the way: I read in some comment that supposedly water bottles would cost 10$. We paid 2$ for a large bottle, which I think is fair given transportation etc.. I recommend asking the hotel for the pick-up from the airport, as it is not easy to find for anybody not familiar with the last kilometer. All in all we had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to the marvellous team at Kusini!
Shani is a wonderful host. A one in a million combination of super relaxed and incredibly attentive. She made our stay SO easy and helped us with literally everything we needed. The property is lovely but I cannot stress enough how great she made our stay and she knows lots of people nearby who can help make your stay here incredible whether it’s food, transport, places to go, recommendations or logistics she is a fountain of knowledge and her and her staff team made our time in Kizimkazi awesome!
Kizikula is a hidden gem! The haven that has been created here is incredible, if you're looking to stay somewhere to relax in Zanzibar then STAY HERE! It's breathtaking. The food was incredible with a limited menu but we loved this idea and the chef came out to each table checking everything was ok. All the food is locally sourced. The attention to detail at every point of this hotel is amazing. The room was absolutely stunning!
We already want to go back!
Loved it!
Far from the madding crowd, peace and tranquility with amazing sunsets.
I liked round bungalows that resembles traditional african house. I haven’t seen anything like that around Zanzibar. Nice space with private bathroom and balcony. Neat and Clean. Very cool owners. Inspiring. Very kind staff. I have finally slept well and forgot about the whole world. Lala Land is indeed a good place to dream. Thank you guys for a beautiful time! Will be back!
- Very friendly staff and always attended to our requests.
-Privacy in the rooms ( hotel responded to my request and built a fence around our private pool for extra privacy).
- Food selection and various entertainment during dinner.
-Spa service is very professional thanks to Caroline.
-well equipped gym.
-bed mattress is very comfortable
-option of having breakfast in the villa is not to miss
- each room has dedicated 2 bicycles to use
Very nice and calm place to stay. Salida Beach is located in a quiet corner of Kizimkazi, you can walk easily to the village if you need something. Tasty and fresh breakfast and also good food if you want to eat in the hotel restaurant. From the property you can go down directly to the ocean and during the low tide walk by the beach.
People working there are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for nice service :)
I fully recommend.
We did enjoy the atmosphere, that staff who always was there to make sure that we had a great time. The food and the facilities where amazing.
In total we spent 3 nights/days there, but should have been longer.
Also, a big applouse to the staff who made sure that the beach where clean and tidy !:)
On the day of leaving, the hotel arranged a massage to make sure we left with a good and relaxed mind.
To be recommended!
The hotel is amazing. You can enjoy of the nature and of the comodities of a hotel at the same. The staff is great and so friendly. The garden and the swimmpool are very quite kept. The prices of the bar are ok and the breakfast is soo goood. Benjamin (the owner and Leon the dog) is a fantastic guy. We will repeat without a doubt. wifi great
beautiful, cozy and private spot in nature with amazing sunsets and a perfect little private beach. The authentic food was absolutely delicious, the best we had on Zanzibar by far! The team makes you feel at home from the first minute! Enjoyed every minute here!
The resort is beautifully located just by the main beach of Kizimkazi and with amazing views over the ocean and the sunset. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great pool area. All rooms have their private veranda, most of them with views.
Beautiful place relax and cozy !
I can only recommand this hotel. The restaurant is delicious and meals are prepared with great taste.
The room was great and comfy. They take care of everything for a fair price
Beach was nice to explore with kids. There's lot of crabs and other stuff , especially in the evening. So torch and surf shoes is highly recommended. During high tide you can swim. Nice view and garden.
Everything was perfect, from the staffs to the location,to the service. I had the best experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Will stay here again when next I’m in Zanzibar.
The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.. bigger rooms and clean
Management are always there to help ...
I love the sea foods all were fresh and nicely. Prepared. Chef is amazing ..
