Everything. The room was really cute. And amenities were plenty in there. Breakfast was amazing. The main host Charlie was very attentive 🐾 and the fried eggs from Lindsay were on point. Hospitality from David and Lindsay was so lovely and welcoming. Best place I’ve stayed in a while

Hood Lane Farm is a characteristic 17th century farmhouse cottage which has exposed timber beams, low doorways (mind your head) and a spiral staircase leading upstairs to your private master ensuite bedroom suite and adjoining reading snug. Your master suite has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and shower. Enjoy complimentary luxury continental breakfast, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and private parking. Hood Lane Farm is a third-generation family owed traditional farm. Today it houses beautiful rose gardens, wildlife pond and a loveable Springer Spaniel called Charlie who eagerly awaits your arrival. Your private master suite offers peace and tranquillity - unwind in a roll top bath, get lost in your favourite book in the reading snug; and a good night's sleep awaits you in our luxury double bed. Your room has wonderful views of our grounds and gardens - as our guests you will have private access to our farm grounds, wildlife pond with access to local footpaths and country walks, running or cycling, or a pit stop at the local pub. Travelling for Business? We can accommodate early breakfast, later check out if you're working, and a place to work in reading snug with free Wifi. Staycation or Holiday Trip? We offer a home from home experience. Celebrating a wedding, birthday, special anniversary? We can offer guests optional extra's in your room to make your stay with us extra special.

We are also happy to recommend places to visit, eat and drink during your stay with us.
Hood Lane Farm is set on the outskirts of Ansley, a pretty village in North Warwickshire. Around the farm grounds you will find gated access to many local footpaths and country lanes to explore with the added bonus of two traditional village pubs within 1/2 mile distance - The Lord Nelson and The Wagon Load of Lime; serving traditional pub grub as well as local ales. Nearby is the Norman church of St Lawrence, Oakridge Golf Course, Ansley Post Office for local supplies, Ansley Fish & Chip shop, Rowley's butchers, Astley Book Farm & Coffee Shop, Coop Old Arley, and Hoar Park Farm, shopping and craft village with petting zoo. And every Sunday, Furnace End car boot/market (the largest in the Midlands) takes place opposite Hoar Park. And every Sunday at Hood Lane Farm our coffee shop is open - serving barista coffee's, hot drinks and locally baked sweet treats. If you’re travelling for business, the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Resort World is 8 miles away. And The Belfry Golf Club and Resort 7 miles, with Brimingham City Centre and Coventry 25 minutes' drive away.
